An 18-year-old District resident has been identified as the person found with fatal gunshot wounds in a Maryland park on Sunday night. A 44-year-old woman is facing charges after police say she was involved in a hit-and-run crash and then fled the scene then led a slow-speed pursuit in Baltimore County. Gina Flannelly was involved in the crash in Dundalk around 4:10 p.m. Thursday, April 11, county police said. A pedestrian died by suicide in a train strike Sunday evening, April 14 in Bethesda, WMATA officials said. The unidentified man walked beyond the end gate a the North Bethesda station and intentionally placed himself in the path of the train at approximately 8 p.m., a spokesperson for the agency said.
