Just over seven weeks after 37-year-old Rachel Morin was dead, the law firm Rice, Murtha, Psoras, has doubled the reward for the person responsible for her murder to $20,000.

Randolph Rice, the firm's president, knows "someone out there holds the key" to solving the case.

"We also encourage other businesses and individuals who share our commitment to justice to contribute to the reward fund. Rachel Morin’s family deserves answers, and together, we can make a difference.”

Morin, a mom of five, was walking on the Ma and Pa Trail in Bel Air on Aug. 5, when she disappeared. Two days later, authorities confirmed it was her body that had been found along the trail.

Col. William Davis, of the Harford County Sheriff's Office, said on Thursday, Aug. 17, that DNA analyzed by Maryland State Police came back as a match to a suspect tied to a home invasion and assault of a young girl in Los Angeles.
