The 35-year-old man wanted in a shooting last month at the Harford Mall was captured with help from members of a SWAT team 53 miles away from the incident in Anne Arundel County, police said. Two Baltimore County men who posed as police officers to abduct and torture their victims as part of a larger robbery conspiracy have been convicted following a three-week trial, federal authorities announced. A 54-year-old Baltimore man has been identified after he was found shot to death along US 222 on April 23, 2023, in Lancaster County.
