US Army Veteran, Dad ID'd As Victim Slain In Carroll County Road Rage Shooting

This is how Chris Moore is being remembered.
Moore, 36, was shot just after 10 p.m. by Davon Dabbs, 20, of Taneytown, after his fiance had showed up with a handgun in an effort to protect him, the county sheriff's office said.
Posts shared to Facebook say Moore served in the US Army, having been deployed for more than a year to Egypt.
In a Facebook post, Dominic Mancuso said he served alongside Moore in Egypt, adding that "he was such a good guy, beloved by those who knew him, and such a solid heart."
