Shooter Arrested Months After Murder In Baltimore, Police Say More than three months after a Baltimore man was gunned down, city police say that they’ve made an arrest of the possible shooter. Kerin Aviles-Alvarez, 20, was arrested following an investigation into the death of 21-year-old Edgar Bonilla on Eastern Avenue in April. At approximately 7:30 p.m. on Monday, April 3, members of the Baltimore Police Department found Bonilla suffering from multiple gunshot wounds following an incident in the 6300 block of Eastern Avenue.
