Teen To Be Tried As Adult For Shooting 16-Year-Old In Head In Maryland: Police A wanted teen suspect turned himself in to police in Baltimore after allegedly shooting a 16-year-old boy in the head earlier this month. Shortly before 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 19, officers from the Baltimore City Police Department were called to the 2600 block of Carver Road to investigate reports of shots fired involving teenagers.
