Man, Teen Apprehended For Kidnapping Woman During Domestic Incident In Virginia: Police
Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department have arrested two suspects in Virginia following an investigation into a reported kidnapping, authorities announced.
Carlos Castillo, 28, and a 16-year-old teen, both from Houston, were arrested on Saturday, Sept. 10 by Virginia State Police and are set to be extradited back to Washington, DC following the alleged kidnapping the previous day.

Daughter Kills Mom In DC Home: Police
A Washington D.C. woman was arrested and charged for her mother's murder, police said.
Police responded to the 1600 block of Webster Street at around 5:15 a.m. Tuesday, July 26, where they found Marilyn Payne, 69, dead after suffering apparent gunshot wounds, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.
After investigating the scene, law enforcement concluded this was a domestic incident, officials said.
Later that day, Payne's 30-year-old daughter, Anna, was arrested for second degree murder while armed, police reported.
