Frederick Native Killed In Head-On Crash Into Tractor-Trailer, PA Police
A 69-year-old grandpa died at the scene of a head-on crash on Monday, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Aug. 24, 2023. Ernest Bowens of Shippensburg was driving a 2012 Nissan Pathfinder south on the 9000 block of Olde Scotland Road in Southampton Township when he crossed over the double yellow line for an unknown reason, state police explained in a release. A Maryland man driving an RV with a "blunt" of marijuana and an open can of beer, avoided numerous spike strips and road blocks setup by state and local police in Pennsylvania on Thursday, April 13, 2023, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice.
