Flip’d by IHOP opened its third location this week in Maryland, where they will provide everything from breakfast burritos and its patented flapjacks to burgers and other lunch or dinner fares. The newest location opened for business on Georgia Avenue in downtown Silver Spring following pandemic-related delays.
