DUI Driver Going 128 MPH Before Fatal Maryland Crash Charged In 17-Count Indictment: Prosecutor
An allegedly intoxicated driver from Baltimore County who crashed head-on and killed a 22-year-old woman in Carroll County earlier this year in Westminster has been indicted, the state's attorney's office announced on Monday afternoon. Jamall Steele, 34, of Randallstown, has been indicted on 17 counts that include automobile manslaughter and other offenses for his alleged role in the fatal crash that took the life of local resident Kayla Rodriquez-Garcia and left her passenger, Owings Mills resident Bryanie Flories, 22, hospitalized with serious injuries.
