Farmhouse Burned Down On Same Property As Cecil County Barn Fire, Officials Say For the second time in two months, firefighters were called to the same Cecil County property, this time when a vacant farmhouse was burned to the ground. Dozens of firefighters were called late on Wednesday night to a three-story home on Lock Street in Chesapeake City, where a passerby alerted officials that the residence was ablaze, according to the Maryland Fire Marshal.  The fire was reported at around 11:11 p.m. on June 19.
