Both incidents occurred on Flower Avenue in Takoma Park around 10 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 26, police said. A male first peered into a female’s bedroom window on the 7400 block before another resident found a ladder leaning against their own home on the 7500 block. The suspect is believed to be a white Hispanic man dressed in dark clothing and possible wearing a black shirt, police added. As previously reported by Daily Voice, Nurhusen Muhammed Hamid was shot in the parking lot of Advanced Auto Parts in the 6300 block of New Hampshire Avenue, around 11:05 a.m., Saturday, July 16, according to Takoma Park police.
