An alert was issued by the Baltimore County Police Department at around 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 12, advising the community that the agency is investigating possible threats that were made alleging that there were explosive devices placed in each of the district's schools.  #BCoPD is investigating the potential threats made alleging explosive devices have been placed in all BCPS schools.
