Bicyclist Killed By Hit-Run Driver In Baltimore Intersection, Police Say An early morning bike ride led to the death of a 47-year-old man who was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver in Baltimore on Sunday morning. Officers from the Baltimore Police Department were called shortly before 12:30 a.m. on Feb. 4 to the intersection of West Franklin Street and Payson Street, where a bicyclist was hit by a motorist who did not stay at the scene. The man was left suffering from life-threatening injuries, and he was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash by paramedics after they attempted to resuscitate him.  No information about the victim has been release…
