Police Concerned After Maryland Man's Uncharacteristic Disappearance Authorities and the family of a missing Baltimore man are asking for help after an uncharacteristic disappearance.  Jeffrey Brooks Jr., 22, was last seen around 10:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 22, at his home in the 3100 block of Mary Avenue, according to the Baltimore Police Department. Brooks stands around 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs around 125 pounds.  Police say that Brooks' vehicle, a silver 2009 Subaru Outback, is missing as well. The vehicle has the Maryland tag 7FF2106. Officers from the Baltimore City Police Department's Northeast District were dispatched at approximately 2:50 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 26 to the 1800 block of East 28th Street following a Spot Shotter alert.
