Home Invader Hit With Host Of Charges For Burglary In Maryland, Police Say The investigation into a midday home burglary in Frederick County has led to the arrest of a Silver Spring man who is now facing a litany of criminal charges, authorities announced on Monday. Quentin Bassey, 18, has been arrested by members of the Frederick Police Department following the investigation into an early afternoon burglary inside a home in the 1400 block of Mobley Court. The incident was reported shortly before 1:50 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 28. Vandal Spray Paints 'Groomer' On Pair Of Maryland Libraries, Police Say A 30-year-old Montgomery County man was arrested for spray painting the word “groomer” on a pair of libraries in Prince George’s counties. Charles Sutherland, of Takoma Park, is believe to have vandalized the buildings on June 4 at the Greenbelt Branch Library, and June 9 at the  New Carrollton Branch Library, Prince George’s County Police said. Sutherland is charged with two counts of malicious destruction of property and multiple hate crimes related to defacing the building. He has confessed to the incidents.
