VA Toddler Dies After Being Bitten By Dog Visiting Family In Frederick: Officials A toddler has died after being attacked by a dog on Tuesday night in Frederick County, authorities announced. At approximately 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday, April 4, first responders were called to the 400 block of West B Street, where a 2-year-old reportedly went into cardiac arrest after being bitten by a dog.
