The motorcyclist who was pulled from the waters under I-95 in Baltimore on Monday afternoon after crashing has died, Maryland Transportation Authority Police officials confirmed. At approximately 12:40 p.m. on April 29, officers were called to the southbound ramp of I-395 leading to I-95 south, where there was a reported crash that involved a rider being ejected and sent over the barrier and into the water below. The Frederick County Sheriff's Office has identified the two residents who died in an early morning Adamstown house fire on Sunday morning. Thomas Wiles, 74, and Joy Wiles, 75, were killed when a fire broke out shortly after 2 a.m. on Sunday to the 6800 block of Stonewall Court in Adamstown, after being trapped in the upper floor of the home, officials confirmed.
