Starting September 11, signage and maps across the metro system will be updated to follow the new name changes, the company said. DC Police Nab Stabbing Suspect In Metro Center Incident D.C. metro police have arrested the suspect in a recent stabbing incident, officials said.On August 23, Antownne Turner, 51, stabbed two victims at around 3:50 p.m. on the Red Line platform, according to the Metro Transit Police Department. The male victim, who Turner stabbed in the stomach during an argument, is in serious but stable condition, officials said. The female victim was taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries and was later released, authorities reported. Turner was placed into police custody, officials said.
