Maryland Man Sentenced After Paying For International Video Chats Exposing Young Children
Federal authorities announced that a Maryland man will spend years in prison after admitting to visiting chatrooms and having performers pose their prepubescent daughters for him while he pleasured himself. Steven Martin Bickling, 48, of Baltimore, has been sentenced to 12 years in federal prison, followed by 15 years of supervised release for coercion and enticement of a minor to produce child pornography. Suspect Arrested For Trying To Sexually Coerce DC Juvenile: Police
A man was arrested for coercing a child, who he believed was nine years old, to engage in sexual acts, D.C. police said.At around 8 a.m. on August 2, Damien Sisca, 50, was arrested for attempting to entice a juvenile in sexual behavior in the 600 block of D Street, Northwest, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. Sisca was charged with coercion and enticement of a minor, authorities said.
