Family Friend, House Cleaner Sentenced For Swiping Thousands In Cash From Hampstead Client Two Maryland house cleaners have been sentenced to time in prison for stealing thousands of dollars in cash from a client's home, authorities said. Karen L. Stonesifer, 65, of Hampstead, and Susan E. Pinder, 65, of Manchester, were both captured on surveillance footage swiping $2,440 and $810 from drawers in their home, officials in Carroll County said. Circuit Court Judge Thomas S. Michael Hill Was Convicted Of Road Rage In Westminster A road-raging man who spat in the face of a driver over a perceived slight in Carroll County will spend years behind bars after taking justice into his own hands, authorities announced. Michael Lawrence Hill, 34, was sentenced to 10 years in prison with all but eight suspended followed by five years of supervised probation after being found guilty at trial for an assault in February last year.
