Sheriff's Corporal Facing Misconduct Allegations For Incident With Woman in Calvert County
The Maryland State Prosecutor announced that a Calvert County Sheriff's Deputy has been charged with misconduct for allegedly having sex with a woman who called for police assistance. Calvert County Sheriff Cpl. James Wahlgren, 53, of Port Republic has been charged by criminal information with both misconduct in office and engaging in sexual intercourse with a person requesting police assistance, State Prosecutor Charlton Howard III announced this week.
