State Police Seek Leads In Unsolved 'Heinous Crimes' Committed By Murderer Charged In Maryland
The truck driver arrested in connection to the 2006 murder of a woman found near a Frederick County rest stop may have been a serial killer, state police are cautioning. Maryland State Police investigators are seeking possible leads regarding White Springs, Florida resident Garry Artman, 64, who was on the run for nearly 20 years before being apprehended in September 2022 for his role in the murder of Dusty Shuck.
