Driver, 35, Killed When Garbage Truck Crashes, Falls Onto Railroad Tracks Below I-95 Ramp: Mdta A 35-year-old man driving a garbage truck was killed when the vehicle crashed, fell off a ramp from I-95 southbound and landed on a set of railroad tracks Thursday afternoon, April 4, authorities said. It happened at the ramp from southbound I-95 to southbound MD 295 in Baltimore City shortly after 2:15 p.m., according to the Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) Police Collison Reconstruction Unit. Teen Accused Of Stabbing Child Walking To School Along Dundalk Railroad Tracks Baltimore County Police have announced the arrest of a 15-year-old in connection to an attempted murder of a child on a set of railroad tracks in Dundalk back in January. Through surveillance camera footage, police were able to identify the teen as the suspect they believe is responsible for stabbing a child from behind while walking to school, according to the Baltimore County Police Department on Wednesday, March 15.
