Police Concerned After Maryland Man's Uncharacteristic Disappearance Authorities and the family of a missing Baltimore man are asking for help after an uncharacteristic disappearance.  Jeffrey Brooks Jr., 22, was last seen around 10:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 22, at his home in the 3100 block of Mary Avenue, according to the Baltimore Police Department. Brooks stands around 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs around 125 pounds.  Police say that Brooks' vehicle, a silver 2009 Subaru Outback, is missing as well. The vehicle has the Maryland tag 7FF2106. Silver Alert Issued For Elderly Baltimore Man Missing For Days A silver alert has been issued for an elderly man missing from the Baltimore area, police say. Willie Evans, 80, was reported missing from the 1900 block of Burnwood Road around 8 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 23, according to Baltimore police. Evans is 5-foot-11 and weighs 185 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black and white t-shirt, blue jeans, beige flip-flops, and a black leather baseball cap.
