Newly released body-cam footage shows the officer-involved shooting of an armed 29-year-old man at a Baltimore County gas station in early January. Windsor Mill resident Sha-Kim Akil Webley was previously identified by the Maryland AG’s Office as the person who was shot to death by police after he allegedly pointed a weapon toward officers pursuing him. Ralph Picarello III, 39, was killed after charging at officers while armed with knives during a domestic disturbance call on Boundbrook Way in Essex on May 4, according to the Maryland Attorney General.
