Officers were called to Crew Boats To Go in Baltimore around 7 a.m., Saturday, April 15 after a kidnapping victim had escaped, according to Anne Arundel County Police. The woman stated that she was kidnapped after dropping off a friend in the 300 block of Milton Avenue in Glen Burnie around 2:30 a.m. Investigation revealed that after the woman dropped off her friend, she was approached by a man and a woman who dragged her from her vehicle and threw her in the trunk.
