Teen Finally Nabbed By Baltimore Police For Attempting To Kill A Man Last April A teenage boy has finally been caught in connection to a shooting in Baltimore last April, authorities say. Michael Simms, 18, was arrested Tuesday, July 5 on the 800 block of Glade Court after allegedly shooting a 27-year-old man on April 23, according to Baltimore Police. Simms allegedly shot the victim after an argument around 4:16 a.m., on the 4100 block of 6th Street. Police arrived at the scene that April morning to find the victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the right arm, and transported him to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, police said. Video Shows Raging Fire Ripping Through Baltimore Row Homes Multiple fires broke out in Baltimore overnight, with one caught on video, authorities say. The first fire was broke out around 10:16 p.m. on the 4100 block of 6th Street.
