Teenager Struck By MD Driver MedEvac'd From Crash In PA: Police An 18-year-old man was struck by a car while crossing a street in Hanover, on Saturday, Oct. 22, authorities say. The victim was hit while "wearing dark clothing" and "not using a marked crosswalk," at 9:11 p.m. in the 1000 block of Carlisle Street, according to Hanover police. He was flown to York Hospital with serious injuries, as detailed in the release.  The teen's identity was not released. The striking vehicle, a 2008 Pontiac G6, was driven by Kevin Shaeffer, of Westminster, Maryland, who remained on the scene. No other information was provided by the police. Anyone who may …

18-Year-Old Male Shot Outside Dunbar High School: Police An 18-year-old man was shot outside a high school in Baltimore County while school was still in session on the afternoon of Tuesday, Mar. 15, police said. Officers were called to the Paul Laurence Dunbar High School for a reported shooting just before 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Baltimore Police said.  Upon arrival, police found the victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to his leg. He was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
