Detectives took Damian Palmer into custody on Wednesday, March 29 in the 800 block of Briar Hill Place after police believe he nearly killed a man over the weekend.
On Saturday, March 25, police were called to the 7200 block of Harford Road shortly before midnight after receiving reports that a man had been shot several times.
Police arrived at the scene and found the 55-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and were able to rush him to the hospital for treatment. No updates have been provided on his condition.
Palmer has been charged with attempted first-degree murder.
