22-Year-Old Killed In South Baltimore Late Night Shooting: Police

One person is dead in a late-night shooting that happened over the weekend in south Baltimore, according to authorities.

Police responded for a reported shooting in the 4200 block of Grace Court just before 11 p.m. on Sunday, March 20, Baltimore City Police said.

Upon arrival, officers found 22-year-old Allan Howard was shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

The investigation is ongoing.
