Police found the victim after responding to reports of a cutting in the 1700 block of Pennsylvania Avenue on the afternoon of Wednesday, Jan. 18, according to Baltimore police.
When officers arrived to the location of the reported crime, they found the victim suffering from cuts across the chest. The victim was rushed to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The victim's identity has not yet been released. No suspects have been announced at this time.
