Kevin Wallace, 49, was arrested on Thursday, Dec. 29, after a search warrant was executed at a home in the 400 block of North Rose Street around 4:40 p.m., according to Baltimore police. Baltimore Sues Ghost Gun Manufacturer The Same Day They Become Illegal In The State The City of Baltimore has filed a lawsuit against ghost gun manufacturer Polymer80 in efforts to deter persistent gun violence in the city, Mayor Brandon Scott announced Wednesday, June 1.
