Video Shows Gunman Lurking Outside Victim's Home Before Baltimore Murder Baltimore police have release surveillance footage of a shooting that left a man dead early this week. Dontre Mitchell was shot dead just before 8:40 a.m. Sunday, April 16 at 2920 Chesley Ave., according to Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland.
