Food Truck Ambushed, Owner Held At Gunpoint During Attempted Robbery In Glen Burnie: Police

A food truck was ambushed and its owner held at gunpoint by two masked teens during an attempted robbery in Anne Arundel County over the weekend, police said.

It happened on the 300 block of Orchard Road in Glen Burnie around 10:45 p.m. on Friday, March 22.

The food truck owner was returning to his home when two masked teens dressed in dark clothing entered the rear door of the truck.

One of the teens pointed a handgun at the man and demanded cash while the other searched for money.

Both of the suspects then fled after realizing there was no money inside the truck, police said.
