The crash took place in Hartford County in West Hartford around 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 6 near Exit 44. Man Killed After SUV Crosses Into Oncoming Traffic In Western Mass A 57-year-old man was killed in a head-on collision in Hampshire County on Tuesday, Aug. 15, authorities announced.  Edward Duggan, of Haydenville, died just after 2 p.m. following the crash near 202 Main St. in Haydenville, police said.  Initial investigations suggest Duggan drifted over the center line and into the path of a pick-up. Driver Injured After Car Veers Off I-91, Crashes In Western Mass A driver in South Deerfield was rushed to an area hospital after their car careened off of I-91 and crashed, authorities said.  The single-vehicle crash happened around 7 p.m. on Monday, June 26, just south of Exit 36, South Deerfield Fire District officials said. It happened around 5:50 p.m. Saturday, June 17 in Tolland County, in the town of Vernon. A 2014 Honda RGL was traveling westbound in the center lane and a 2009 Nissan Altima was traveling in the left lane when the Altima sideswiped the pickup truck, then overcorrected causing the Nissan to strike the median and roll over, Connecticut State Police said. Hit, Run Driver Leaves Behind Something Important In Western Mass Crash Holyoke police are asking for the public's help to track down a driver they say was involved in a hit-and-run crash on Main Street on Monday afternoon, April 24.  Not only do they want to discuss why they left the scene of a wreck, but they also want to return their passenger side-view mirror.  Making matters worse for the driver — the car was an Alfa Romeo.
