Man Accused Of Sexually Abusing Child In Berkshire County Busted In Florida: DA
A 43-year-old man was arrested in Florida and returned to Berkshire County to face charges that he molested a child, authorities said. Omar Soto-Rincon was arraigned in Pittsfield earlier this week on the charge of indecent assault and battery on a person under 14, the Berkshire County District Attorney's Office said.
