CT Man Killed After Truck Leaves Route 8, Hits Tree In Winchester ID'd As 32-Year-Old A 32-year-old Connecticut man was killed after his truck crashed into a tree earlier this week, authorities said.  Kenneth Lawrence Martin, of Naugatuck, died just after midnight on Wednesday, Jan. 15, when he wrecked along Route 8 in Winchester, Connecticut State Police said.  Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.  It's unknown why Martin crashed.
