Mass Man Guilty Of Kidnapping, Throwing 7-Year-Old Off I-290 Bridge: DA A Worcester County jury has found Joshua Hubert guilty of kidnapping a 7-year-old girl, strangling her, and throwing her off an I-290 bridge into Lake Quinsigamond, authorities said.  Hubert, 43, of Worcester, was convicted of two counts of attempted murder, one count of strangulation, and one count of kidnapping a child on Thursday, Sept. 18.
