A driver charged in a crash that killed a 10-year-old girl had been arrested just days before the incident, according to newly released court records.
Sherrie Mae Plitouke, 35, of Southbridge, is accused of crashing into and killing 10-year-old Marleigh Guevara on April 11 in Webster. She was arraigned on charges of motor vehicle homicide, negligent operation, and speeding on Tuesday, April 21.

Walgreens Announces Dozens Of Upcoming Store Closures, Including 11 MA Locations
Walgreens announced this past fall that it will close about 1,200 stores over three years amid a decline in prescription drug payments and a rise in online competition.
About 500 of those closures will be in 2025.

Western Mass Drunk Driver Crashes On I-395 While Trying To Run From Police In CT: Troopers
An intoxicated 20-year-old Massachusetts man led Connecticut police on a high-speed chase that ended in a crash on I-395, authorities said.
Victor Lagutowski, 20, was arrested early Thursday, Feb. 13, after crashing his car into a guardrail on I-395 in Killingly, Connecticut, State Police said.
The chase started in Webster, where local officers said they spotted Lagutowski driving recklessly in a parking lot around 2 a.m. When they attempted to stop him, he sped away, State Police said.
