A 20-year-old driver from Central Massachusetts was intoxicated when she crashed her car, killing two men late last year, authorities said.
Faith O’Rourke, 20, of North Brookfield, was charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter, two counts of manslaughter by motor vehicle, and two counts of motor vehicle homicide by reckless operation. An intoxicated 20-year-old Massachusetts man led Connecticut police on a high-speed chase that ended in a crash on I-395, authorities said.
Victor Lagutowski, 20, was arrested early Thursday, Feb. 13, after crashing his car into a guardrail on I-395 in Killingly, Connecticut, State Police said.
