Emergency crews rushed to Acrisure Stadium around 10 p.m. after Keller, who had been installing production equipment, fell from the scoreboard onto a mid-level catwalk, according to Pittsburgh Public Safety. Authorities ID Western Mass Man Killed In Job Site Accident Authorities have identified the man killed last week in western Massachusetts after falling into a silo used to mix concrete. Matthew Nedorostek, 66, of Westfield, fell into the Greenfield silo just before 9 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 24, the Northwestern District Attorney's Office said.
