Driver Accused In Webster Girl’s Death Had Drug Arrest Days Before Crash, Records Show A driver charged in a crash that killed a 10-year-old girl had been arrested just days before the incident, according to newly released court records. Sherrie Mae Plitouke, 35, of Southbridge, is accused of crashing into and killing 10-year-old Marleigh Guevara on April 11 in Webster. She was arraigned on charges of motor vehicle homicide, negligent operation, and speeding on Tuesday, April 21.  Police said Guevara, a fourth-grade student at Park Avenue Elementary School, was struck while near the roadway on School Street. Newly Minted Millionaire: Dudley Woman Lands Major Lottery Payday It was a very lucky week for one Worcester County woman after she won a $1 million cash prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery.  Anna Ceppetelli, of Dudley, won the seven-figure prize playing the "$15,000,000 Money Maker,” a $30 scratch-off game. Ceppetelli chose to take the lump-sum payment of $650,000 (before taxes) rather than the annuity.  She bought the ticket at Xtra Mart, 465 East Main St. in Southbridge. The store will get a $10,000 bonus for the sale.
