Man Shot Before Crashing Car Into Worcester Home Has Died A 19-year-old man who was shot while driving and crashed his car into a home in Worcester has died from his injuries more than two weeks later, authorities said.  The man's death was announced on Friday, May 17. Gustavo Cartagena Was Found Shot On Locust Street A 49-year-old man has been identified as the victim of a shooting on Friday, May 10, in Springfield, authorities announced.  Gustavo Cartagena, of Springfield, was found shot in the 60 block of Locust Street just after 1:35 a.m. after police were called to the area for reports of gunshots, Springfield police said.  Cartagena was dead when officers arrived.  Police are investigating the slaying.  Officers ask anyone with information about the slaying to contact Springfield detectives at 413-787-6355.
