Double-Fatal Crash: Man, Woman ID'd As Victims After Tractor-Trailer Rolls Over On NY Thruway Two people were killed in a crash involving a rolled-over tractor-trailer on the New York State Thruway. The crash happened around 8 a.m. Thursday, May 23 in Albany. Raymond Dearie, age 79, a senior federal judge in the Eastern District of New York, was named by a federal judge in Florida as a so-called special master Thursday evening, Sept. 15.
