It was conducted on Long Island, in Port Jefferson Station, at the corner of Route 112 at Hallock Avenue from around 11:10 p.m. Friday, July 1 until just before 2:30 a.m. Saturday, July 2. Police officers from the Suffolk County Police Department’s Highway Patrol Bureau conducted the joint operation. Long Island resident Aidan James Kaminska, age 19, of Port Jefferson, died unexpectedly on the morning of Monday, May 30, according to his obituary. Aidan Kaminska, age 19, died on Monday, May 30, at his family's home in Port Jefferson, according to UMass officials. A Port Jefferson High School alumni, Kaminska was a football and lacrosse star at the school where he set a high school record for the number of receptions during a football game on Long Island at 17. High-Speed, Mass Pike Car Chase; 2 Kilos Of Suspected Cocaine Seized Police seized 2 kilos of suspected cocaine and made three arrests following a chase with a stolen car on Sunday. The bust was made in a Worcester parking lot, but started on the Mass Pike (I-90) in Charlton near the State Police barracks, Sunday, Nov. 9, around 3 p.m. The three men arrested are from New York and ages 18-21. They have been charged with drug, weapons, and other crimes. The men from New York were first spotted by Massachusetts Trooper James Melberg while he was patrolling the highway near the Route 84 interchange.
