Allergen Alert Issued For Jolly Rancher Popsicle Products Sold Nationwide An estimated 137,000 cases of a popular popsicle product are subject to an alert by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) due to undeclared allergens, authorities announced. New Jersey-based Unilever announced this week that "Popsicle Jolly Rancher Frozen Confection Pop" products that were sold nationwide may contain milk, which was not listed on the label.
