Williams, who grew up in Fairfield County, in the city of Stamford, was killed around 4:50 p.m., Monday, June 12 in Bennington County on Vermont Route 30 in Dorset. Williams was born in Stamford and grew up in Rowayton, a coastal village in the city of Norwalk.
