A law firm representing the family of a 14-year-old Worcester boy who died shortly after trying the spicy One Chip Challenge signaled on Wednesday, July 10, that they plan to file a lawsuit over his death. Viral Spicy Challenge Killed 14-Year-Old Worcester Boy, Family Says
The family of a 14-year-old Worcester boy said they believe he died after taking the "One Chip Challenge" at Doherty Memorial High School. Harris Wolobah died on Friday, Sept. 1, after coming home from school complaining of a stomach ache, a GoFundMe said. Police and paramedics were called to a home on Rustic Drive around 4:30 p.m., where they found the boy unresponsive, Worcester police said.
