Foxboro Mom Was Drunk With Child In Her Car When She Collided With Ambulance: Police A Norfolk County woman who was involved in a head-on collision with an ambulance last month was intoxicated and had a child in the car, authorities said.  Jenna Wilson, age 40, of Foxborough, faces several felony charges from the Feb. 22 crash that sent five people to the emergency room, Foxborough police said. ReTrial: Over 27,000 Massachusetts OUI Convictions Could Be Undone By Unreliable Evidence About 27,000 people convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol in Massachusetts may be able to get a second trial. On Monday, Feb. 8, the Northwestern District Attorney’s Office said it would be notifying people convicted of OUI between 2011 and 2018 that they may be entitled to a new trial based on unreliable breathalyzer results. In Hampshire and Franklin counties, more than 3,100 people will be getting such notices, the DA said.
